Purifying yourself is an easy process. You just have to observe your self, your thoughts, actions and intention. You can observe yourself everyday or you can look at all patterns that are repeated frequently. You should do this when you are in a meditation state. Do not allow artificiality and negativity to distract you. You are observing with your essence not the persona; this way you wont be judgemental. When you observe yourself with your essence you heal yourself. Sometimes old trauma may come to the surface and this can make you feel weak, confused or vulnerable. Your ego may try to defend you and disconnect you from truth. Purification can be a slow process especially when you are suffering from trauma and schisms or you have accepted artificiality as your truth. It is an exercise of knowing, healing and empowerment and you should follow it. Look at you imbalances with acceptance. This way you disconnect from them. Look at the route of your imbalance, look at your reaction and the cause of it. Learn to be an observer of your own actions and become aware of the impact. I will now guide you to a place of peace.
Connect to your being, quieten your mind, disconnect from the persona, listen to my wort as you connecting to your essence and allow it to create in you. Truth is your only tool to high wisdom and this is what you seek. We are connecting now. You are in a state of peace and you can listen to my word. You can visualise yourself disconnecting from your body, and lift it up to the sky by a high energy. This is my light that is connecting to you. There is a different consciousness here and even do you have never been here before you feel you are connected to a much bigger part to our sources creation. You are following my light and you are moving higher and higher.

Being with me, receiving my light you can only be truthful and have pure intention. Your intention is to unite to the cosmos and receive the light of our Source. This is what I want to give to you.
